well the new single is finally out. it seemed like it took forever. big huge thanks to my friends marie mai and fred st-gelais for translating/rewriting the lyrics and then saving me in the recording:)

Hey guys
Here something i haven’t tried before :)

If you are in Montreal May 18-22 I’m going to be in Fée Fatale’s mixed media show at Theatre LaChapelle. Music, dance, theatre and film with lots of my artist friends. (including dancers from Cirque du soleil and Compagnie Marie Chouinard) Part house party, part theatre performance, if you want to try something different I think its going to be a blast. The theatre is only 100 seats each night so its going to be very intimate to say the least!

so im excited to be playing the earth day show which Brita is hosting. its been awhile since i did a show in toronto so its going to be good to get on stage with the guys again.
its at dundas square and the event runs from 11am and we are on at 7pm. Brita is going to be giving away thousands of free Brita pitchers and filters over the course of the day so we can cut down on those nasty plastic bottles!

(and all the emissions for the show will be offest by tree planting via Tree Canada)

now that its done there is a great feeling of relief, but also that “man i want to play more shows right now!” feeling.

we are going to take a few days off and then finish the acoustic album, record the 2 new songs we wrote on the road.

thank you for making it a really amazing experience for us…
